Summary: This house was exactly like the pictures show. Check in process was easy & communication with host was quick and easy. My wife & 3 kids had plenty of space in the bedrooms. The master suite was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates and cutlery and I really appreciated the additions of aluminum foil & spices as we mostly cooked in. The house was in a quiet residential neighborhood that was close to the a grocery store as we made several trips. We we close to all the beaches that we wanted to go. We hope to get back to pensacola and we would definitely stay here again!!

Summary: My husband, our two kids, my FIL and his wife, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as described. TV's in most rooms alleviated the arguing over that. My 11 yr old loved the room with bunk beds. The house was clean. I was most impressed with the property management company, specifically Adam. He called us the day of arrival to let us know that the property was ready early and we were welcome to check in early and to let us know of a repair in the works on a faucet. Excellent communication! The location was just perfect. Close to several beaches. Lots of restaurants close by. We look forward to staying here again in the future!
